I plan do do Penis Enlargement routine EVERY DAY (without breaks) for 30-40 days (DLD newbie routine - 1:30 hour routine).
I already finished the9th day of this 'experiment'.
I also started to wear an extender device after my routine - 8 hours each day.
My ligaments after those 9 days already feel quite sore (but in a good way - I do not feel pain - I just feel the ligaments after the routine and when I do not have my extender on).

Is there any high risk I will do any harm to my penis - tear ligaments or tunica due to the EVERY DAY schedule?

You will be fine, it is VERY hard to strain a ligament so have no fears. Your routine looks fabulous, I think you will see gains rather quickly.

Everyone will have a different opinion but I have been doing this a long time, I guess I am bias towards my own opinion.:)

I too exercise every day.

Going on seven months now.

Some soreness here and there.

Nothing to keep me from stressing it.

Keep going.

Can someone give me the link to thread (in this forum) on injuries?
How do injuries occur?

When I was actively using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, I had this same pain when I'm wrapped with the ace bandage. It just goes to show that your routine is working.
