Don't wanna be a dick LMAO, but it'd be best if you keep the rest days away :). What you want is to have your ligaments fatigued and ride the wave till you can. If you let them heal completely- they'll get stronger and much tougher to stretch :)

Oh they're not rest days. I hang 7 days a week. I take time off when I don't have time to hang that day (life keeps me busy).

Yep - rest days only give your body time to heal up and get tougher.

Yeah! I see what you mean. I am waiting for my Starter to arrive after a week or so and I see some of this shit happen to me as well. But I hope I will be able to limit it to MINIMUM :)

I hear you on that one. In the last 4 months of hanging, I had less than a handful of days where I didn't hang.
 
So you;re going by SWM's advice on hanging for less time, but with more weight? How has it worked so far? Have you tried Bib's aproach?
