I receive many nasty emails that I am not responding to messages sent about MOS orders. I do respond to every one but many (and I mean MANY) bounce back. I not only send replies via the matters of size account but I also send with my personal Gmail account. People need to edit their spam filters and/or check their junk mail before they blame us for not responding. I get hundreds of emails, PM's and phone calls daily and I keep up with them as fast as I can. I get to everything eventually but please have some compassion for my position in response.

I could higher people to answer my messages but they would not be by me. It is my own fault, but people expect to hear from me. Understand my situation, please!

Hi DLD,

You should hire someone (or more) to handle these new account issues, lost passwords, etc. People don't care who they hear from for these types of problems. Doing that should help with the increased load that I'm sure you're seeing on the website and it should also free you up to respond to what people want to hear from you most: How to help them with their training questions and problems.

In addition to the mosorders email address, perhaps you could also direct people to send a PM to a new forum account (if they have signed up on the forum) that should only be used for responding to order issues. That way the person(s) hired to address these problems won't have to scan your messages. It won't eliminate them all but will hopefully help. People should also be told on the website about how long it may take to respond to them. Most people won't mind waiting a few days if they are told in advance that it may take that long. However, if that time is exceeded by a day or so, then they will get impatient and hammer the phone lines, PMs, and emails, so use a time limit with some extra time built in.

Some ISPs subscribe to a national no-spam list so their users never get a chance to see emails or add an address to an allowed list. With mine, I think it's a two stage filter: a national no spam list and then an additional filter that they use internally. If it gets past the first one, but is suspected in the second one, then it goes into my junk email folder. To be honest, I've never seen an email that I was expecting end up in the junk folder. I either get the message or I don't.

I hope all this helps.

BTW, this is my first post to the forum. I'm totally new to Penis Enlargement so I'm starting out with the Newbie routine. I also just received a StaticStretcher so I'm looking forward to using that as well.
