I grip behind the head with an OK grip and do my stretches, but it gets very sore there. I have tried baby powder and an AB 2" sleeve (works great for me in the SG). Is there something else I could try where I won't get so sore? It interrupts my stretching. Thanks!!

You will get used to it.There is nothing you can really do.With time it will go away.

Which type of ok grip, underhand or overhand? Try the one you're not doing and see if that works

Are you gripping directly behind the glands and using undernearh to push against as you pull? If so try gripping further back

U can also change the way you apply pressure with the ok grip. Sometimes I emphasize the squeeze agaisnt the sides of the shaft. Other times I emphasize the squeeze on the top and bottom of the shaft

In The first few months of pe this kind of experimentation needs to be performed to learn what works best as itll only lead to gains down the track and less frustration

Oh yea,you need to grip 1 inch behind the glans .And watch the force you're using..don't grip really hard you don't want to squeeze your dick.

Thanks guys. I was gripping right after the head...I guess that is why they call this the Newbie forum ;)

Yeah, you don't want all that pressure on your head. Always grip just under the head and lower. The higher the grip position the more you are training ligamental gains while the lower you grip the more it goes to internal gains (or expressive gains). And you are correct, that is just what the newbie forum is for.
