im about a normal build and i was wondering what to do to lose this fat pad. i dont know if its just common sense or not..sit up? cuz i think ive gained weight in the past year and that may be the reason i went from just under 7" in length about 6.5 or so. any comments on this? ?:(

theres a few threads on this and i basicly asked the same as you.i was told that cardio will shed a bit but everyone has some fatpad because its there for fucking so your not hitting bone!im 7.7/20ths bpel but only 6 nbpel so thats a fat pad of 1.7/20ths.but i tend to put weight on my tummy and thighs so its propably gonna dissapear soon.
try eating regular and healthy!
carbs/protein for meals for breakfast/lunch
protein for dinner, because carbs give you energy in the day but arnt good at night,a good carb for the morning is porridge.
try running/stepping machine/punch bag/skipping e.t.c

i take vitamins to=
ginseng 2
gingko biloba 2
viatmin b complex 1
cod liver oil 2
multi viatmin 1

hope i helped.

Cut down on sweet things/sugary drink alchol, and watch your diet all round. Don't eat within 3 gours of going to bed.

Try do some cardio every day, even if its 20 minutes running, and do it on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning, as this raises your metabolism for the rest of the day.

Im a pretty thin guy 5'7" 140 lbs and one of the best ways to loose fat and keep it off is to build up lean muscle mass. Muscle raises the metabolism which makes your body burn fat. The cardio and diet will help u loose it, then do some lifting, and you wont have to watch what u eat too much.

My problem is night eatingIwake up in the middle of the night and must have something sweet.I have even tryed xanax to help my sleeping, but still wake up.anybody have any ideas on staying aslep alnight.
