This has a huge list of weight gainers, with prices, servings, price per 100 calories, etc. The cheapest one (by cost per calorie) happens to look very good!! Ultimate Nutrition's 2544 is only $0.13 for every 100 calories, and has the three main components of a good weight gainer: whey protein, lots of carbs, and medium chain triglycerides. A good ratio of protein/carbs as well.

I might really try that as Ive been looking to add more mass and bulk more, even tho I'm about 192lbs and 5'11" right now. Thats super cheap for a high calorie weight gainer. I have a question for ya tho, I currently take NO-Xplode/Cell-Mass/Nitrix stack, and I forget which one, but one of them recommends I stay away from Glutamine supplementation while on this stack. Is there too much Glutamine in this weight gainer, and or why would they say that?

Someone came up with the theory that glutamine supplementation hinders creatine uptake. I say show me the studies. Don't listen to that...not to mention that the supplements you are taking have creatine and glutamine in them anyway...

Also, here is a cheaper NO-Xplode/Cell-Mass/Nitrix alternative:
Creatine (ethyl ester)
Glutamine (alpha-ketoglutarate)
Arginine (alpha keto-glutarate)

Or even cheaper is simply creatine monohydrate, l-glutamine, and l-arginine. Granted, you don't get the compounds that increase insulin sensitivity and whatnot, but you will get comparable results for helluva lot less.

Other things to consider if gaining mass are a problem would be adding:
dessicated liver
glycerol monstearate (with creatine)

Proper nutrition and hardcore training would be #1, needless to say.

IMO - Full of sugar and other crap. You dont know what else they put in there too. Save your $ and go with a homemade weight gainer. Healthier, its food, natural, clean calories, you know what your putting in it and a hella lot cheaper.

2 scoop whey
1 tbsp natty pb
1 tbsp fish or flax oil
1 cup raw oats
1-2 cups skim milk

800+ cals

+ adding size on or clout would be even better
