I work at a very labor intensive job (intense cardio) job landscaping in the winter.(minnesota)
while having a hard time wearing my SG while landscaping (it always slips out) wont the cold weather cause shrinkage and turtling while heavy labor causes turtling and shrinkage as well?
Do i have any chance of seeing gains?
