Been a while since I check in. I'm back doing a pussy routine coming off an injury. Although tonight was my first time stretching without discomfort in a while. 15 seconds all directions for me. End with uncle jims wrap. Working back into it. Once a day for now for just 15 seconds then I'll up it to twice a day, etc. holding off on jelqing for now.

Not a pussy routine, a smart routine to ese yourself in without making the same mistake. There is no rushing when it comes to a injury, allow everything to heal and ease in slowly and safely!

Week 2 Breakdown:

l4g - quite the consistency this week wit about 5 logs for the week. the routine is beginning to take on shape since last week. very impressed with structure of some of the logs with the short manual stretches, phallosan wear, heat warm-up, some jelqs, some BM sets, and finishing off with some jelqs. keep it up, looking good.

rocky - started week off with a strong first session consisting of many pumping sets. ok consistency for rest of week. pumping has been the main ingredient for this past week. continues to be very active on the posting side.

ns92 - aka The Kegel Enforcer. although the logs are vague b/c they don't indicate the level of intensity and whether or not they are just quick kegel contractions or more. but nonetheless the consistent kegels are very inspiring.

dreadman - new entry with 1 log for the past week that consisted of 1 set of stretches(did not indicate type of stretches), 1 set BM pump, and then SSJ. it's a start but still to early to tell.

BSA - has been very active on the posting side, a good amount of which has been quality PE advice, but lacking in the logs for this week. as an MOS mafia adviser he's been putting in the mental work for this week.

Mike - back in the game and building some momentum with a quality updated routine consisting of an early length session and pm girth session. the structure consists of either manual or LM stretches with a post application of JES and ace wrap, which was a huge component in Mike's routine from last month. then multiple BM sets coupled with SSJ's, followed by CR.

the overall participation and routine development has increased for this week. it's a hard decision. top 3 for me would be L4G, rocky, and mike. L4G had very good consistency and is developing his routine. rocky has been very active via posting and motivation. mike returned recently with a few logs but they are very dense and picking up development since last month. the decision now narrows between L4G and mike. L4G was more consistent and seems to be developing quite quickly for this week, but Mike just returned with some excellent logs that are more labor intensive.

i have presented the evidence to Judge Rocky. it could go either way, but my vote goes to L4G

Nice breakdown of the logs! Really helpful when needing an overview of everyone's logs.
