Is it bad to get less than half inch expansion in a girth session? I understand @DLD said we should measure girth expansion right after a session to make sure we are getting half inch expansion. What happens when someone is not getting up to half inch in expansion? Won't such a person gain girth?

Not at all. You only need expansion beyond your normal size to bring growth

Before I did a good 10-15 minutes of manual clamping mixed with the overhand jelqs BD has shown, and some erect bends. Alternating about 1 minute each. Then 3 sets of 5 min with my bathmate. Night and day difference than the bathmate alone. Already felt thicker and heavier before I even pumped.

Have you ever tried dry pumping before?

I have only been getting 3/8 “ expansion after pumping. But I havent even been pumping for a full month. I will be very excited once I get up over 3/4” in temp expansion. My glans has been noticeably bigger while erect and flaccid since pumping so that’s encouraging

Just had a thought: Should we be thinking about expansion as a percentage of our EG rather than a set fraction of an inch? For example, if a guy has a 4" EG, a .5" expansion would be a greater degree of expansion for him than the guy who already has 6" EG and getting .5" expansion. So in other words, think about your percentage increase rather than the increase itself.

As long as you are getting a quarter inch or more you are doing well
