The invterted V-stretch (pulling up and pushing down with other hand) is what i use alot of the time and ive tried using the search button but have not been able to find a thread concerning this stretch and injuries. I am wondering since the damage to the dorsal nerve is real and possible will this stretch cause me to lose feeling in my penis. That is the last thing that i want to happen but this stretch feels the most effective in stretching the ligs. And im wondering if this it the reason it takes me quite some time to cum at times. i will try the hot and cold wraps to try and shock the nerves and see if it helps. It could also be caused my so much dry masterbaiting or mabey im completely normal it just struck me as weird when i didnt go off like a loose cannon when i started messing around again after 2 years.

Don't know, but dorsal nerve damage is nothing to mess around with. I would proceed with caution and stop immediately if you get any of that cold, numbing sensation that people report with nerve damage.

I dont have any cold or numbing sensation, but I will stop any pressure on the top of my unit. Its not worth it not even the chance at doing nerve damage. My feeling twards pe has matured at first it was all abou making it bigger for the ladies, but I now know I have to take care of myself first.

With that said i dont think i have done any nerve damage what so ever. but i would like to increase sensitivity just so it is more enjoyable for me. anyone know any fixes for that cold / hot wraps maybe lotions?

I would switch to the A-Stretch. It will stretch the same as an inverted V without the danger of dorsal nerve damage. I also think it is more effective, especially when used with Blasters.

How easy is this type of nerve damage caused by something like the inverted v-stretch
