it happens to me when i'm not active. Try being active doing some form of exercises*no not Penis Enlargement actual exercise* atleast 1 hour a day. If all else fails chug 2 beers you'll be out fast.
Make sure you get plenty of day light, in the bedroom hahah don't know if it will help but you produce different chemicals when you are exposed to sunlight as to when you are in the dark.
