Would ice help speed up healing and retain gains?

@DLD @Brawn Johnson @REDZULU2003 @arkailija @TuffDong I came across an article on a bodybuilding website on how taking an ice bath or soaking in an ice tub for about 20 minutes could help speed up the healing of muscles and help with gains, while I know the penis isn't exactly a muscle like the biceps, traps etc I was wondering if maybe someone doing PE could get some speedy gains if after a rigorous stretching / hanging session, you wrap at an elongated stage or wear an extender and then get into an ice bath for about 15 -20 minutes so while healing, the penis heals at an elongated state. Does anyone know about muscle development and stuff like this? could this work?

REDZULU recommends a cold wrap, post workout. Cold water has MANY benefits for your body. We are so used to warm/hot water, that we truly don't get to notice any of the benefits of cold water.

It's the opposite for what goes IN your body. Cold water isn't really great to consume. I mean, it's good and healthy, but warm/hot water is much better for your system.

Western culture doesn't apply this, and that is why we are fat and lazy...

The verdict is still out on this as many people have tried it but they never follow through with letting us know what happened. There’s always the case or cold or hot therapy but does that case in anyway apply to the penis? We will need somebody to test this and give us good feedback or else we will never know.

Running ice cold water after hot shower is supposed to be excellent for the testicles and really good for boosting testosterone. And it also helps kill fungus, bacteria & helps reduce swelling of muscles. ?Chases blood flow to other areas briefly, gets blow flowing. Watch the iceman on YouTube or watch UFC fighters take ice bathes, watch iceman dip in the oceans, rivers, makes me want to dip in hot springs thats near an ice berg how about that for going from hot to cold - that would be cool.
My Auntie does cold water dips in the ocean in the winter time in Tofino off the coast of Vancouver Island Canada ? Cold water may just help bring the excessive water retention down after pumping sessions. I want to try arnica cream or oil after a pump session since its famous for bringing down swelling in the herbal kingdoms...
Its like day & night we can't have one without the other. Its warm or hot in the day and cooler at night. Keep your cool wraps more for night time just like the earth when we're in darkness we cool down a bit. We cool down after the run, the walk the workout, the bike ride, the scooter ride...its like the places on earth some people are going to live near hot/warm water places & other people are going to live beside cold water places. Its all a personal preference hot, warm or cold - no temperature lasts always so we should use all of them but what ever works for you - your own personal beliefs run(s) for you: hot, warm or cold. All temperatures rain supreme. ? ?

Thanks my brother for a great response

Understand this is an old thread but this may have an impact on the use of cold showers and healing muscles. There are many links to scientific studies within this page. It does not specifically state how it may or may not apply to PE. But it is plenty informative nonetheless. I'd say to wait several hours after PE to take cold shower based on the science I've read.

A few brothers have tried this and I never really heard anything good or bad back. If you’re going to try it please keep good track of your data and post it so I can see how effective this is. Thanks my brother

You're welcome. Honestly I don't think cold showers are beneficial if done within about 2 hours of PE. Need more time between workout and cold,, the link has the science behind that. Goes for core workout too, but oddly not cardio workout.

Cold showers do have a benefit of improving the strength of blood vessels, which would likely help with PE.

Been doing PE off and on a couple of years. Cold showers about 6 months. Just put together a tube to pump. I'll try and compare any differences between past PE with future PE. However these may be purely anecdotal. But it will be fun nonetheless!

After a cold shower have you tried to stretch? I’m wondering if the cold would cause greater breakdown of tissue since it would be more dense than it would be otherwise. Try this for me measure your penis before the shower and then after do some basic stretches and measure again. If you see growth you know you’re on the right track!

Unfortunately, no one has been able to follow up on this process. The thought of using cold water to support PE is a turn off for me. Hopefully, someone might give it a try.

Just another PE Theory gone ice cold; no one is willing to put in the work long enough for the raw data.

Are you giving up on your routine or PE? Most people are busy with their daily jobs which makes it easy to fall off their routines. If you are lacking motivation, I'm here to motivate you.

SRT remains the greatest workout in pe ever because it has been around and used by thousands of men. Unfortunately many people do not report their growth or anything and ones that do are largely inconsistent. Many fear pe is too world wide creating monsters everywhere but the fact remains many just don't what it takes to make a monster. We are a unique bunch that can believe and do whatever it takes to be monsters
