I am thinking about getting a extender.

Hey all I am thinking about getting a extender, after I get the Bathmate, but I have a few questions.

1 can they be worn under clothing
2 do they cause my foreskin to grow

They can be worn under clothing but I think 1 specific one is better at hiding it than the other. I don't recall which one, I believe it's the Phallosan.
They do stretch the foreskin but wont be very much

The Phallosan is the one that's more concealed than the others. They all can be concealed but that one is the best for that.

Foreskin stretching is a minimum.

Phallosan is the most concealable and has the potential to be used more than the SizeGenetics. The SizeGenetics brings more intensity and gives more flexibility in connections. Both are great devices are great and if you ever end up with both devices you can create the PhalloGenetics, a very cool modification creted in the Brotherhood.
