How to keep nipples erected and hard all the time ?

i'm no gay! some guys at my gym wear tight tanks/shirts. their pecs looked awesome with bulging nipples. Mines are kindda genetically soft most of the time except for in bed. how do u make them stand up all the time ? (no body rings plz)

There's no real way to keep they constantly erect. These guys in the gym...mostly likely were working their chest that day, and/or have lower bodyfat levels...with a tight shirt on, nipples will stand out more.

Your only real option is to get your nipples pierced.
I had mine pierced for about a year. The resulting scar tissue after they healed, and I got tired of the jewelry, left my nipples permanently enlarged.
