I'm ready to do my Quarterly measurements for both length and girth. When I tried to do girth yesterday morning my measurement at mid shaft came up 0.75" thicker than it was 3 months ago. While I'd love for that to be true I don't believe I gained that much in that time span.

It was 6-8 hours after my BM session when I measured. I'm wondering if I need to wait 20-24 hours to get accurate numbers.

depending on how intense your BM session was,I'd say give it 12-24 hours and measure.but if it wasn't very intense,8 hours ought to be enough.

Sounds good. I'll try to wait until just before the next session to measure (I do BM at night when I shower).

I've noticed I get different results all the time based on how I pull. My BM sessions have been 100 quick Kegels while pulling the entire time, then I'll hold 1 Kegel for a 60 count (probably 75 seconds with how I count). I do 3 sets of this.

I might pull straight out the whole time, might pull in different directions like I'm doing length work but I'm still doing kegels, sometimes I'll actually do length work between sets of kegels....I get girth expansion every time but its always just a little different which I think is a good thing. Keeps my penis guessing.

I'm rambling now... thank you sir, I'll try to wait close to 24hrs to measure.

Thank you. It ensures I at least do 300 quick kegels every day and 3 that I hold. One of these days I'm going to figure out reverse kegels and add them in.

That kegel work has changed my orgasms in a good way. A lot of times after I get the first shot or 2 out the rest are almost deliberate, spaced a second or two apart, and feel a lot more powerful. I'm not shooting across the room or anything but it feels like my dick wants to.

I need to remind myself to do more kegel work during the day but I'm always forgetting :O

reverse kegels are quite easy,next time you take a piss,try pushing the flow out,thats a reverse kegel
 
Mike nailed it, RK's are easier (for me at least) than regular Kegels. When I pull on the BM for the Expressive Stretch, I also RK...when I release the pull I do a regular K...rinse/repeat about a million times, lol

Back to your original posit, I rarely take any days off but when I do it takes almost that full day to be back to 'normal'. It's almost impossible to determine with 100% certainty that what you're measuring is a 'true' number because you're always in a state of growth. 75% of my FR is gone within a couple of hours and that's usually when I measure.

I can do it when I'm peeing but can't seem to do it unless I'm peeing. It ends up as a kegel if I'm not peeing. I'll work on it and get it eventually :O

And back to the original post...I might skip a Bathmate session so I can get accurate measurements the next morning (I do BM at night). I've measured 2 days in a row for my first 3 month measurement and the results were too far different to say "this is how much I've grown." Need a tie - breaker.

I find reverse kegel without peeing is in a way almost passing some wind. ;)
Where a Kegel you're in a way "sucking it in", reverse is more of pushing it out, if that makes any sense. I find when I'm sitting down it's quite easy to locate and those Kegels and Reverse Kegels; the tip is to lie down though and find them.
Just keep on trying, you'll eventually get it down! And after that it is the "darned" consistency, which I lack at times when it comes to Kegeling.
(Yeah yeah, I should practise what I preach, but it's the sporadic nature of human mind ...)

I know what you're saying about how a reverse kegel is like trying to push out a fart. It is certainly.... different lol.

There were times over the years I got into doing kegels for a few months and the results were always positive. I'd always gain more power for ejaculating just doing regular Kegels. I'm going to start trying to do the RKs soon. My orgasms have already gained a lot of strength so once I get them into the routine I should start getting some distance :D

Many years ago I put a Post-It note that said "DO IT!" in the gauge cluster in my car. It was my reminder to do kegels while I was driving. At the time I would be in the car for 35-50 minutes each way depending on traffic. A few months of that and I gained more control than I ever had and my orgasms were really powerful.

The Post-It note got knocked off and I didn't replace it because I thought I had become comsistemt enough that I'd remember.

Didn't take long and I stopped :( It's almost too easy to lose good habits.
 
Good habits are the hardest to maintain sometime it only takes the momentary faltering to break them, whereas bad habits often take so little effort that its easy to fall back into them. I like the idea of the post it note although now there are apps for kegels that with buzz your phone to remind you, Or underwear that makes it a game lolVylyV: kegel exercise shorts for men
