Hello,
I would like to know if a high protein nutrition influences on the growth of the penis and if does, is it similar to the regular muscle tissue reconstruction? (mostly during the sleeping time with the GH and so on). Also, in a situation when your dick is two weeks with no days off training everyday, could a 1 day break or even 2 days to have a positive result or would it tend to retract for this period?
What I'm trying to figure if there are benefits from this break of not.

Thanks

Very important just as many other supplements are. I think a complete daily supplement that takes all the guess work out of the entire process is so important and where a lot of my time has been spent studying. The penis has a very small amount of tissue and it is smooth muscle tissue. The influential parts of protein in Penis Enlargement would be the repairing process that happens after each session. Protein is necessary for the building and repair of body tissues. It produces enzymes, hormones, and other substances the body uses to repair ligaments, tunica, spongy tissue, smooth muscle, etc.

muscle milk is awesome. its higher calorie than regular whey/protein poweders though. it has a differnet profile and is not entirely for protien but it does has 32g a serving. low fat option is striaght up 1% cottage cheese which is 13g of protein per 80-90 cal. awesome, plus its awesome with pinnapple... pinnaple has other benefits ;)

creatine is awesome supplement for muscles.

zma at night is suppose to stimulate growth hormone. i know if you take it and get a full night sleep it def stimulate morning wood liek a motherfucker. i wake up with a painful erection sometimes because its been rock hard for who knows how long ha. its awesome for that, so you know you are getting night expansion which is liek free penis health with no effort. its not an "ED" supplement per say but a nighttime sleep work supplement. its a zinc/magnesium/b6 all bonded toghether instead of seperate. its made by victor conte from balco.

l-arginine 2x a day at 4-5 gram stimulates growth hormone. plus helps erection/loads.

shitloads of water. its crucial. if you arent hydrated then nothing else will even matter. most people are dehydrated. try drinking 2-3 litters a day and you will see how much more that is than your regular day.

I've had major problems getting up to the intensity of jeqing and uli's. I kept having burst capillaries any time I would do what I would consider only moderate intensity. I quit all exercises a few months back to concentrate on more important things like study and work. I put on a massive amount of weight over the holidays so I decided to start a diet. I chose Lyle McDonalds Rapid Weight Loss diet. It's basically protein and fibre. It's been a long time since I've ate this much protein in a day - around 185 grams a day.

I started trying a bit of jelqing and uli's a couple of weeks a go. I started off light working my way up, waiting for the first sign of burst capillaries so that I could stop but it didn't happen! I've been doing extreme jelqing and uli's - I'm talking so intense you'd think it was going to pop. And my eq is great. I'm also back at the PGE1 injections and the expansion I'm getting is great.

The only thing I'm doing differently is the high protein. Protein is required for repair and cell division. Hopefully I'll start seeing some permanent results soon.

Plus, a big Juicy Steak is so hard to resist! All that protein! Yum!

So I conclusion, having a good diet will speed recovery process and promote gains?
