The same has happened with me lately. I have only recently started doing a good amount of stretching again. Even though it has only been maybe 1/5 weeks, it seems to have already increased my flaccid stretch slightly as well as my erect length slightly. However, the erect length Δ is less than the stretch Δ.
However, they have both increased. I do not turn down any gain. .08 may not seem like much to you, but do that same again, and you are at .16. Do it again and you are at .24 which is essentially 1/4 inch.
ALL gains are in increments.
