Glans pain using Silistretcher

Possibly using to much pressure.
Silistretcher Manual
Turn the SiliStretcher vacuum piston knob a half twist counter-clockwise. One half turn of the vacuum piston knob is 7 in.-Hg of vacuum . Your penis will be safely pulled and secured into the SiliStretcher . Give the SiliStretcher a tug to test if you are properly secured inside the SiliStretcherbefore applying tension or weight.

DO NOT OVER VACUUM
Do not use excessive vacuum to the point the SiliStretcher starts pulling the SiliSleev inside the SiliStretcher . This will cause micro pin holes in the SiliSleevs and cause loss of vacuum

@DLD @DayDreamDN thanks for replying. I was able to use the SS for 45min today, when I was done with it, I took out the silicap and there was fluid in it, also got a little blister / peeled skin on my glans, has anyone else experienced this? I wouldnt be able to use for a while until the blister heals (peel is right on the edge of the pee hole, so peeing hurts also) how do I prevent this? Can I wrap instead of using the silicap? Would wrapping prevent the fluid/ blister thing from happening again?

If your new to pumping, these things can happen. When new, starting light vacuum for 45min-1hr a day for 3-4 weeks isnt a bad idea. Even try a quarter of a turn. A half turn is 7hg. 7hg is pretty strong as is. So try a quarter.

If your not entirely new, different wraps can help. You can try the silicap then a silisleve over that. After a while many don't use the silicap once the penis becomes accustomed. Or you can try micropore tape. I believe that's the same thing as paper tape. Wrap the glans in that. Can use strips just cover the head. Just a few strips over the pee hole and two next to it. Or, tape the entire glans. After a while ur penis will adapt.

I use to get blisters after pumping. But my penis adapted. For me, I just gave it a two day heal. I hated blisters but I just used more sleeves and a cap and slightly less pressure, worked to prevent blisters.

Try the silicap and silisleve. And try the micropore tape. And some hydrocortisone can help heal that blister

It sounds like there was too much pressure in the cap I suggest you make a couple of pinholes in your cap and this should resolve the issue.

@philevan are u suggesting I where the silisleeve and the cap before using the silistrecher? That would mean making ise of 2 sleeves, the one on the silistretcher and wearing an extra sleeve, is this what you mean?

I haven't used the SS yet. But I thought you can wear the cap then roll the sleeve over that, which is attached to the SS. I don't know if others put another sleeve over that again, to protect the sleeve on the penis. Best for others with experience to answer that. But I don't think two sleeves will help with fluid\blisters.

For me just a sleeve and a cap is good enough for pumping though.

I'd try the pinhole method. There's good info here....

I made the pinhole in my SiliCap, which is all I wear under the durosleeve and vacuum bell. I've been getting pretty crazy fluid retention, but no issues with blisters, glans pain, or peeling skin -- and I usually CRANK that piston knob, so I might be able to address the fluid retention just by taking it easy there.

The fluid retention goes away in a few minutes with warming and massage.

Ever tried wrapping the glans with a paper tape or micropore tape?

I haven't tried that. My only concern with fluid retention is that I don't want to enlarge the glans, but I'm not sure that's actually something it does. Given how fast it goes away I haven't been too worried about it so far.

The fluid retention is basically what leds to blisters when the skin peels, I would like to know if there's any other way to protect the glans besides using the silicap, I would hate to heal and then attempt using the SS again only to get another blister. This is what worries me.

You got the blister because you didn't put any hole on the silicap before and also because your penis is very new to PE. Believe me bro. Take my advice and i promise you won't have any problem anymore.

My increased resilience could well be due to how much of a beating I've already laid down on my member with the LengthMaster, plus some experience using pumps before I got started here at MoS. :)

I've written a thread with my own experience using the SS within the silistretcher section.

So the pin holes are working?
