hey guys....i just woke up and went to the bathroom......and omg.....my cock is very very plumped.....its feels a real handful and is feeling kind of heavy....

given this info......what should be my first exercise this morning?

Posts, I mentioned that I start my morning PE around 0500 (most mornings! Little later if I’m sleeping in) as this is one of the best times to start our PE sessions as our Testosterone is at its highest when we first awake. Thus, if we have good Testosterone levels, we awake in the mornings with those wonderful “So hard a cat can’t scratch it” erections. Perfect time to hit the PE gym. I agree with @49-er…my girth work is more productive in the am!!! 💯👊

@brightonfuntime. Take some pics of before and after so that you and the brotherhood can”cement” the positives and drive home the fact that the girth work really is enhanced in the mornings.

Do NOT forget that warm up and warm down. If you don’t have the electric heating pad, use a hot wash cloth and wrap your penis. Have a pan of hot water close do that you can constantly have the washcloth hot (don’t burn the whip!) for the 10-12 minute warm up session. And also warm down session. This has helped me with keeping those goofy red spots from surfacing as we explode the tunica and shaft especially with the @DLD SSJ routine.

As @huge-girth and @DLD have mentioned, anything that would be of interest and help all of us out here in the brotherhood, would be beneficial. I will be compiling some short (pardon the pun) videos of some of my techniques and routines. Will work on those this weekend. The motivation and confirmations really help us all out. Videos really help a lot. I will also create a new video of my broomstick routine when I know it's really working. Have optimized it a bit now, continuously and it's probably as good it can get now... just increasing the intensity as I progress. I just need to verify what kind of results I get on a 6 months time-frame, before I post a video.
