Ok so Falling Off The Wagon is not something I think would apply to PE more like staying sober, but I wasn't sure how else to put it, I have to admit fellow brothers I have slacked just a bit, missed a day or two but got right back on that PE track well sorta, I promised myself I would stick with it, I was going to just let the month finish and just start over this month but instead I got back on track but I'm afraid it's going to happen again, about the only thing I really have disciplined myself so far is my body building workout which I so far have missed like maybe once in a month, now the question is how do I apply that discipline to my PE workout? It's not a question of motivation it's like what I said in my last post time management which for me lately sucks!
