Add friends is the best place to start, higherone had a bunch of great suggestions too. I guess what we need is some guys who understand FB well and could help us with other ideas. Post them here guys, we can use all the help we can get.

Hey Turn, maybe (and others too) with some of your public promotion ideas you could tie in the whole concept of "Visit us on Facebook!" like a lot of places do now.

25 guys now Friends with MOS! My personal experience is that I added MOS and no one even noticed, so if you're worried what people will think, you're probably safe to add it! I talked with Girth Hammer and he said the same thing, that no one noticed he added MOS.

Excellent! I have not had time to get on over the past days, too much other work so I REALLY love you guys for monitoring this and helping out. I hope to do some work tonight. What we need more than anything is a LIKE button on MOS so posts automatically become part of the facebook site. Any programmers out there that know how to do this please hollar! That could really be a HUGE benefit for MOS.

I think the way to do that is to make MOS a PAGE instead of a FRIEND.

Agreed. Our PAGE needs to have a MOS picture of some sort in it though.

Well that's what the original Facebook page was that I first added new information on. There is a "like" feature and what is also cool is a promotional feature. Why don't you check the prices DLD if it is not so expensive you can investigate if it is a helpful addition. If I win my case I was planning on donating some money to the forum if you thought that would help you could use it for that. Otherwise you could always consider it as a thank you for helping me with the lap top or for the new server, unless you want to you use it for making flyers!

They charge way too much for ads on FaceBook and we really will not need it if we can get membership high enough. Jaz is looking into the LIKE button on MOS which would be a massive help as all my posts (and anyone else who LIKES) will get posted into our social network. I got you on the flyers but have been up to my neck with other projects. I have not really even had a chance to check the FaceBook site but I am excited that we actually have some members now.
