Something similar is the sumo squat stretch taken from Xeno but this would be a better option for long holds. The sumo stretch I grab at base with both hands and stretch down. Then I squat down in a sumo wrestler position, try to increase stretch if possible, and then when you're ready to really feel it with elbows locked and weight flowing into stretch, stand up. These are great for piss pulls as you can do a few in a few seconds. They are very intense, not for newbies and shouldn't be overdone
I tried some squatting stretches but its too hard to concentrate only on the stretch for me, I like the doggy one because I can just relax, watch some videos or read stuff lol no sweating ?
