Doggy-Dong Stretch

Something similar is the sumo squat stretch taken from Xeno but this would be a better option for long holds. The sumo stretch I grab at base with both hands and stretch down. Then I squat down in a sumo wrestler position, try to increase stretch if possible, and then when you're ready to really feel it with elbows locked and weight flowing into stretch, stand up. These are great for piss pulls as you can do a few in a few seconds. They are very intense, not for newbies and shouldn't be overdone

I tried some squatting stretches but its too hard to concentrate only on the stretch for me, I like the doggy one because I can just relax, watch some videos or read stuff lol no sweating ?
 
Yes the squat one is only meant to be a few seconds long, a short intense burst, really intensified by quickly standing back up. It's not meant to be a manual hanging session but literally to imagine ripping the ligaments from the penis. I use it these days to keep my ligaments from retracting without spending more time than I have to as my routine focuses on fulcrum stretches and attacking the tunica.

Incredible stretch both ways! I’m glad you noticed that going the opposite way causes even more intensity.

Hey, whats up guys, long time lurker here. First time posting :)

I have started with a another stretching exercise and wanted to ask you guys if you have done this before because I have never read anything about it here. Its basically a lig stretch/behind the ass stretch but with a different position. I go into a doggy style position, so head down, ass up LOL and grab my dick at the base and stretch towards my ass or down. I have never felt such a good lig stretch with any other exercise. I can really feel the stretch and very often hear that lig-pop (headphones) After a 30min session my dick seems much bigger, I never experience this with normal stretching. I like this exercise because you can relax all your muscle which make the stretch even more effective. I hope this will give me some faster gains.

I've never done this before. Curious to know what your current length and girth sizes are.
