DLD, sorry to post this here but I am trying contact you for 2 weeks by now, but it says that your inbox is full and cannot accept more PMs.

Have you made any progress regarding the extender that was sent back to you?

Have no idea what is going on my friend, I have tried to send you PM's and I have not heard. FedEx returned it to me two days ago:( The only other way to get this to you is UPS and I hope they can deliver it. What is the issue with getting this to you? Is it always this way? Anyway, I am willing to try again through UPS, let me know.

I don`t know why this is happening. I already bought many things online, including 2 Bathmates. I even got some cable clamps.

We can try UPS but only if they provide a tracking number. If not, we can try with other delivery options via USPS (Express Mail International or Priority Mail International).

Since there seems to be a problem with PMs, lets comunicate in this thread from now on.

I will send USPS tomorrow, this always gets through with paintings I send. I will send you the tracking tomorrow. I hope you get it this time:)
 
UPS wanted $139 to ship! WTF

I will try the USPS one more time and if this does not work I will refund your money....this is really turning up to be a nightmare!

Sent off today usps. No tracking but the clerk said this would get through. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
 
What has gone different this time? except for the fact that I don`t have a tracking number (now I will not know wether the package is lost, or sent back to you)

I don't know what the difference is but I think you will get it.
 
DLD, Is there any way you can prove to me that you did send the package? Put yourself on my shoes for a moment, I have no clue if you really sent the package.

It hasnt arrived yet

I sent it 3 times now! I will refund your paypal, I guess this is the reason companies do not ship to your country.
 
Okay, then. I dont think the problem is here (in Brazil), I bought cable clamps, they arrived via DHL, I bought the Bathmate, it also arrived. Last week I bought a product in amazon and 5 days later it was in my mailbox (via DHL). I `ve had 100% success with DHL, but I`m guessing you wont give it another try...

I have no idea what DHL is, I sent it priority, regular mail and FedEx with returns on all but the last mailing which I assumed you got. It has not come back to me this time and I sent via US Mail. I can get a price for this DHL, where does this ship from? When the Extender comes back I can try this but I still have not received it back.
 
The extender just arrived here today! FINALLY! Better late than never right? Thanks for everything DLD, you have been really patient. Now we know what option in usps works to deliver here. :)
