You don't get to your PMs much do ya homey? ;) I'm looking for something that doesn't take long and would be intense and effective. Can I really get gains from manual stretching? You know I'm a hanging advocate and never really embraced manual stuff for length. Enlighten me.

Since you are so tied to hanging you should try the Length Master. Once wrapping is mastered, something you know better than most, the stretching is insane. Hit me up at guru.dld@gmail.com and we can do something together to get you one.

The 2 stretches that I have found to be the best manual stretches are Sock Stretches and FootLongs, both are extremely intense.

Better than the blasters?
 
For me personally, I dont feel much of a stretch when doing blasters, but sock stretches are completely different. I'd try blasters, sock stretches, and footlongs and see what feels best for you. :)
