We all must be very, very dedicated if we want to see results in my opinion. I myself have been dedicated since day one and almost 2 months into Penis Enlargement, I have gained .5 bpel. I'm not measuring my eg anymore since I'm aiming for length. Once I achieve my 3 inch length gain I will then focus on my girth. I started out doing JP's newbie routine from Penis EnlargementGYM, after two weeks I was feeling like I need more(not to discredit JP in anyway, we are all different and I guess my penile tissues where more conditioned than many) so I finally came across this forum, I then switched off to DLD's and have been doing it ever since.

I've been having some killer back pain for the past week due to some herniated discs but that has not slowed me down. I've been actually doing more now since I have more time on my hands. The only thing is that I've not been able to jelq since I can't sit too for long. So basically I just lay on my back and do 1 minute stretches in all directions 3 times with the circular pulls 15 to 20 times in both directions and I also added 8 minute 5 lb hanging with something similiar to Kingsnake's homemade hanger. I hang while laying on my bed. I'm actually Penis Enlargement'ing from 2 to 3 hrs a day without counting all the piss pulls and stretches in between sessions. I do my sessions when I first wake up or anytime early during the day and before I go to bed.

Don't let anything stop you, is the kind of mentality I'm on right now. I think we all should think this way.
 
Wow sounds like your very dedicated to getting your penis bigger. I've been trying to get mine bigger for a bout 2 weeks now. It takes some time. I want to put on about 2 inches. So I can have a 8 inch cock.

Whats your stats? 3 inch gain will turn normal into king kong size.

My back gives me trouble as well so my sessions are shorter some days. 2-3 hours a day is great keep up the good work.

I visualize my penis reaching down to the top of my knees. I've been doing so since reading some of your posts and threads. Believe, believe, believe, and feel. I've also been doing something I learned with one of Red's threads which is visualizing my self with my eyes closed in a whole other world created by your imagination, I really liked that idea.

thanks man, well my bpfsl is 9.2 and my bpel is 9. Last time I checked my eg was about a month ago it was 7 at the base and 6 mid shaft. Well, I wish u the best of luck with your back GirthHammer and remember don't let it stop you.
