I've always had a problem buying jeans due to my thick quad muscles and glutes. Regardless of how fat or fit I have been, I always struggle to find a pair that can fit because of their size. I've tried different brands and styles, but the only ones that worked for a while were boot cut Lucky Brand jeans. I've gained a few pounds recently, and those jeans are starting to feel tight. I tried finding another pair of Lucky Brand jeans that could fit, but the weight gain is enough to make a new pair feel tight as hell before it reaches midway. I've thought about increasing the jean size, but Lucky Brand jeans are too expensive right now.

Any good jean brands that are less than 70 dollars and also help with a bodybuilder physique?

Been there done that. I have found that even so called "wide legged" jeans can be too small. Look into the jeans sold to the "hip hop" and "inner city" people. Sean Jean for example or Southpole. The legs are quite accommodating and nobody has to know you're bein' gangsta unless you sag em.
