Can't get my X30 to seal up.

I got my Hydromax X30 last week and I am having trouble getting it to seal up around my base and getting suction. Has anyone else had this problem ? What if anything can I do to fix this ??
 
Shave hair.
Put a little Vaseline or lotion around the base ring for better seal.
Make sure base ring is clean.
Get pressure quickly to help it seal.

Sometimes the Bathmate is a little finicky. You can rotate the base ring around to try different spots to see if it helps. There is a tab on the ring and the Bathmate, line them up and then try not lining them up. Try moving the Bathmate higher or lower on your pelvis for different spots.
 
I agree with runningignus, also you can try to get semi-erect level, try to jerk it of until you start to get boner, and when your base is "fuller" try to aim BM in that way to get your glans on the middle of the metric scale, don't worry..I had similar problem when I got Bathmate, you will find your way to seal in the matter of few days, I hope we helped you bro :)

Excellent advice! This is exactly the steps that are necessary in getting the best vacuum with your BathMate. Also, in some cases turning the BathMate in a different position helps men who may have a different pubic bone placement or size. Some men will use the pump upside down to get better results.

As time goes on be sure to maintain your BathMate with regular cleanings including talking valve apart and cleaning inside. There are specific direction to this on Youtube.
 
Keeping thr BM very clean helps the most. As running said dont forget to shave the area and use some nice lube/vaselina on that area.

Without cleaning so much oils and dirt get into the seal and cause a major interruption in vacuum. The BathMate is an investment and should be treated as such.
 
How can I clean the bathmates want to sterilize n clean them see if i could sell them.. any suggestions red told me i could use a bit chlorine n hot water that is all I remember...

Useful info was interested about cleaning the inner walls of the pump a bit of chlorine n hot water gotta do the trick imho

Chlorine would completely clean it
