Can "over training" cause shrinkage?

I've noticed on days that I get a full 25 minutes or more of stretching in, that even after using a silisleeve or UJ wrap, I end up smaller. Typically the next day everything returns to normal. Am I missing something obvious? Am I over training?
 
It could be fatigue of the tissues. There is a natural reaction, it has happened to me before that if I train my dick too much and too hard, theres no erection after. It stays limp for a few hours. But thats why is important to try to wear a stretcher device for as long as possible to allow the tissues to heal in the extended state.
 
...I'd also add that using an organic/high-quality lube/oil after each work-out can assist in healing and remaining elongated. Since I've been using coconut oil liberally after each session, I've noticed a longer 'hang' :)

It’s normal for the penis to travel after exercise because it is just been through a very grueling work out and it’s retreating interest. This is why SRT is so important in keeping the penis elongated after you train. The best possible investment you could make right now would be in the SiliStretcher as it will not only help you gain but it will maximize the gains you made by healing in an elongated position.
 
I've invested in siliwraps, sizegenetics, other wraps, etc. With all due respect, I'm not buying one more {THING} until I see progress. I'm healing in an extended state, so not sure how another stretcher is gonna fix the issue.
 
The penis will often shrink after sessions involving length, more so when done flaccid. I'm not sure what the exact reason is for this, but its something we all face, or have faced.

Try to use the sleeves, it may be possible that they dont fit exact after such a session due to the shrinkage, in that case, try to ensure the penis is warm .. I find I need to use the tighter sleeve when I go outside, due to the cold, which I never would have thought of doing inside the house, where I use the looser sleeve.

If you got a heat lamp, give it a go after sessions, or the traditional old way :) face cloth soaked in hot water, then ring it out, and wrap it around your stuff.

Exactly! Whatever it takes or whatever you have to do keep your penis in an elongated state is so vital to cementing length gains (see SRT). Training your penis and sticking it back in to your underwear kind of wastes half of the progress because healing is the other side of this.
