Best ADS devices

Just wondering what some of you guys think is the best ADS device. Also if anyone has any good homemade ADS device let us know. Seen golf weights, static stretchers, strap to leg etc...

i got the penimaster and im pleased with it. it pulls hardly and is relatively comfortable, but it costs 229€.

it doesnt pull like the bib hanger, but its ok.

i got it on 60-80% intensity and thats fine. 100% intensity is simply sick with it.

IMO the FastSize is best. You can use the MOS discount and get it for $100 off.
