Here is my issue. I have a less than a month old x30 that no longer wants to pump. When it comes up air bubbles galore and almost all the water is gone. Nothing is getting it to stay sucked on. I have zero pubes, I've changed my angle, I tried taking the comfort pad off I still get nothing. I dont know whats changed. I never dropped it and always cleaned it with hot water and soap. I never used a heavy lube only baby oil. I've pumped for 5 weeks in my x40 and 3 in this and never had this issue. Any ideas for a fix? Possible bad valve?

I will do that when I get home. It's still rather new but should I try taking it a part, clean it ,and put it back together first?

That would be a good first step, this is where clogging can happen if it is not cleaned. Water will attract dust and dirt and if it becomes trapped in the valve it will interrupt vacuum.

I followed that video and no luck. I was very careful taking a part both my x30 and x40 and neither have that sponge like mentioned. Is that a Hercules? Well I switched the valve on my x40 and put it on my x30 and it works and now my x40 does not. So will put in a ticket and see about getting a new valve.

Ii am sure they will be happy to send you a new valve.

They are sending me a new valve but now this one is acting like it was before and might have to get another one for my x40 now if this one is now becoming like the other one.

So you have two going bad total? Are the valves interchangeable between the x30 - x40?
I would get in touch before they send it off just in case.

They are interchangeable. When the x30 started going wonky I took out my x40 valve that i knew worked and it put it in the x30 and it worked great for a few days. The x30 valve never worked in my x40. But now now its kinda back to where it was before. I thoroughly cleaned and no change. They are sending me two valves free of charge so I'm glad they are taking care of me!

Some of the quickest support I have seen from a product vendor. Phallosan should really take notes.

No doubt, he must not need money or something. I know how important customer service is to a product. BathMate has nailed it, they have become the best customer service I have seen on any product along with SizeGenetics. Customer service is what sells a product.
