BathMate broke please help

Can you private message me your order number and your address and I can look further into this. You say you got it through the MOS links which do point towards us. I'm not sure why a grey pip was sent out.

After checking the pics I posted he noticed it was from an older production run sent from a different warehouse than their current one in the UK. They are sending me a complete replacement pump, express post. THAT IS HOW YOU RUN A FUCKING BUSINESS!!!!!! Sorry for shouting, but I am just totally stoked with their attitude and support. I asked Craig before posting this but man it is very rare to have such great service, and no Im not getting paid to say this. This is not my first Bathmate, I've owned a Hercules, but I also have the Penomet and the DP4000 from CTC. I cant say it enough how grateful I am to Craig and Co, even more excited to get my pump and get crazy fat. Major respect to you too DLD for aligning yourself with such a great company, I know you dont take this stuff lightly. Anyway, that was my experience with them, take what you will from it. But I will be a repeat customer for sure, when I out grow my X30!!!!!! And sorry for hijacking this thread, feel free to move it to an appropriate place if need be.
