I need help. I'm trying to buy bathmate xtreme worth $299.
Every time I'm on step 2, there's only one radio button and I'm forced to select UPS Express worth $42. When I'm on step 3 the estimated shipping on the right side shows $0 but my order total becomes $341 (which implicitly adds the express delivery fee).

I have a question, I tried to use a Walmart visa gift card to order a x40 but the site won't accept the card. I sent an email to Bathmate and they said to use paypal payment gateway. Does anyone here know how to use paypal payment gateway? I don't understand why they will not accept the card. On the bathmate site it says they accept visa debit and visa gift cards should be accepted. Any ideas? Please Help. I would also like to get the LengthMaster for 50% off.
