At what age did you guys started whit this PE stuff?

I was 33...so young.

The benefit of starting to stretch a little later, is that all your ligaments attachments are solid. If you start to young, maybe they can snap off? 🤔

I know muscle attachments need time to harden and get solid. That is why we don't recommend young people (under 18 years old) to lift too heavy weights. It should be the same with ligaments, it feels like that at least.

Maybe @oldandlively knows more about this?

Young people, between the age of 16 to 19, should not pursue too hard. My boy is 17 now, and he's thinking about doing PE. It's actually a perfect time since his human growth hormone hasn't stop yet. This is where light PE will work in his favor. Same for any teenager between 13 to 16. Do no pursue PE before 13. This when sensitive tissues are still being formed. PE will disrupt the formation of tissues, nerves, and vessels.

If you're talking the total traction force, it should not exceed 2lbs. Start at 1.2lbs and nothing more than 2lbs for more than 8 hours. If you're talking about pumping, nothing greater than 5inHg. More than 5inHg, it will cause various disruption in the penile growth. For those who are betwwen 16 to 19, they can pursue PE but in the light category, barely touching moderate. No traction force greater than 3lbs for 2 hours, and nothing greater than 2.5lbs for the remainder. This mimick the ones studied throughout the world's cultures. For pumping, nothing greater than 7inHg with full safety in mind.

Of course, I started my PE journey later than I wanted at the age of 24 when the PE initial evolution started. Back then, not a whole lot of PE knowledge beside penis pumping. Pumping was well known as the pre-PE tool back then in modern societies, but that was it. There was a traction device, but it was more of a torture device, similar to the dental bracing system in the 60s. Forward 30 years later, I'm still at it. This time, no more excuses about the lack of PE knowledges. MOS alone has 90% of the collective knowledge all condensed into one site. 10% is still theoretical due to new techs, but slowly being proven.

Thanks.
As I suspected, young men needs to be careful. They can not stretch as hard as I did with my LengthMaster 3. So in a way I'm glad I started late, becouse I would probably have pulled my penis out of it's socket if I started young. 😂

18 years old is the limit for members, so I probably need to be carefully with the type of advice I give, and put a disclaimer on some posts.

Amazing! Penis Enlargement have evolved so much during the years.

Depending on the country. Some countries, young adults start as early as 15, and most around 16 and 18. So, discretionary warnings should be based on country of PE practioners. However, the true warnings should be addressed that young tissues are still delicate at the age of 16 and younger. Approach PE with extreme cautions.

Yes!
I also think it's strange when my gym allows to young people at the gym and are instructing them in strength training. I hope they have this at the front, so they do not damage something.

I believe we should ask our new brothers on the journey for their age first as a general practice. It's not about singling them out, but it's to provide proper instructions to the younger groups based on their delicate tissues. This is also for those who just started fresh and have never touched PE before. @huge-girth @DLD and many other veteran brothers here force them to do the newbie routines, which is awesome to condition their penises before taking on the true journey. We need to enforce it as a mandatory requirement to protect them. After a month or two, that's when we can go all out on their intense routines. I scanned through the Reddit and many (unnamed) forums, there's no safety advices anywhere. "Go hard or break your penis trying" is their motto. Safety is essential and we need to establish baselines for them constantly. I'm glad I have you and a few others as a check and balance for providing safety check points.

I started at 43 and still 43. Wish I had started at 33. I'd be done by now lol.
That is the problem for me. I should already be done by now, I'm big enough. I hope I'm not to long. But will I ever be done?
I started by age 33 and I'm 34 now.

We should only move forward, the past do not exist. The past is only a construct in our mind, generated from the modern society we live in. Many are to much hindered by what happened in the past (including me)...we should just let go and live. Easier said then done.

I started in 2016 so I was 44 and now I'm 47. Although I started late, God's timing is perfect. I couldn't imagine NOT doing PE now...It is fun to see how I can grow and become a sexually powerful lover to my wife.
Started 30 to 31? Did two small newbie routines only jelq. At 43 went HAM this last year. Planning on doing for 5 year minimum. I wish I had not stopped at 31 with my newbie gains.

If I had to do it all over again, I would have started at 20. I honestly don't think anyone below 19 should do this, you don't even know what your major is, and you can't possibly know what size you want. You have your whole life ahead of you. Try and wait until 20.

You will never be done. Give a 5 to 7 years span, that "done" will turn to "resume again". Been there, "done" that, and resume again.

But I go so hard so it becomes an obsession.
I want to do other things in life as well. Having a horse penis will not be beneficial for me. If I meet a woman that wants a horse penis I will go for that, but in the meantime at least my length gains have stopped.

I wouldn't worry about it you're more on the bigger side.Probably another year and you will be impressed by your own achievements. You are a fast learner, and you have ambition you have helped out a lot.I wouldn't worry if I had your knowledge and skills.

The thing with me and my brain is that I can not feel impressed or any sense of accomplishment from my own actions, or from something I have done.

The only thing I can feel is a relief once it's done. Then it all restarts again

Thanks for the kind words.
I really appreciate it.
