I've been doing this for about a month and it seems soooooo much easier to keep water in (along with pressure), air out and balls out. For me it seems the more water that stays in the Bathmate the better suction and pressure. I did this because on my old Bathmate the foam comfort ring had come apart at the bottom where the scrotum area is and was leaking so I flipped it upside down and to my surprise no more leaks.
Anyone tried turning the Bathmate upside down?

I use it in the shower and go on my knees. I think without the shower strap in this method is better as it allows gravity to pull it down too.

I personally love to turn it "upside down" with the sticker downwards when I am using it in the shower, it just feels more comfortable. Not an official usage method though =)

In/out the tub/tube. Fill a big cup up with luke warm water, take it to your room, fill up your Bathmate over an empty bowl, and insert. Wear as necessary.
I have used it more upside down the right side up (number up) with X-40, after time I you get used to where you should be in the tube on average from usage as it was more comfortable upside down. I used to be able to use it from the shower to finish getting ready without the strap in the mornings, the X-40 is another story will have to try it with the strap that beast is heavy.
