After rest days,I do 5on2off.Do most people train hard on the first day after rest days,or should you go light.I usually go light,but wondering if it would be better to train hard.Thanks.
I would rather get 5 intense sessions in than 7 weak ones. I think every session should be 110% and if you need time off do that but come back with a vengence.
Truth be told I can't do 7 days a week. I'd feel too into it and if I ever had to skip a day due to work or school or something I'd beat myself up about it for days after. I do 5 on 2 off. I need those two days. Plus I worked it out so that my weekends are for play.
Yea I figured I should go hard on my workout even after rest days.I thought maybe going lite after rest days might help keep injuries away.Thanks,guys.
