After rest days??

After rest days,I do 5on2off.Do most people train hard on the first day after rest days,or should you go light.I usually go light,but wondering if it would be better to train hard.Thanks.
 
I think your intensity should be consistent during all routines. I say train hard no matter when you train:)

That's what I say to myself everytime I think I am not putting forth maximum effort.

I would rather get 5 intense sessions in than 7 weak ones. I think every session should be 110% and if you need time off do that but come back with a vengence.
 
Truth be told I can't do 7 days a week. I'd feel too into it and if I ever had to skip a day due to work or school or something I'd beat myself up about it for days after. I do 5 on 2 off. I need those two days. Plus I worked it out so that my weekends are for play.
 
Yea I figured I should go hard on my workout even after rest days.I thought maybe going lite after rest days might help keep injuries away.Thanks,guys.
 
Intense,Intense,and Intense....That for me is the way to go. I gotta get a red spot or two, or some bruiseing for me to get a good workout! No doubt!
