AM: Manual stretches: left,right,up,down, BTC left and right...you know the drill,30 second holds 3 times each stretch. then put on a tension wrap and when I take it off every hour or so and do one set of every stretch, wear tension wrap till the night time. PM: Manual stretches again, and Bathmate stretches to finish. you think ill gain length from this routine, or will the Bathmate stop the length gain due to being a girth exercise?
 
No! I think the Bathmate stretches would help you a lot! :). Listen- girth work (heavy girth work should be avoided when you're doing a strict hanging routine), but this- I think it would sure help you :)
