I do Penis Enlargement for 3 month now!

I did'nt mesure my unit at the beginning so i will do it soon.

hello from a french Penis Enlargement new addict!

my routine 1 now is :

1)warm up of course
2)manual stretches in all directions (3O secondes maintening every stretches)
3)bundled stretches
4) jelqing during 10 mn (is is enought??)

routine 2

1)same
2)same
3)2 sets of 5mn clamping (is it important to be 1OO% erect all the ime??)
4)light jelqs

I do 1 day routine 1.......one day routine 2.......etc with 1 or 2 day off
 
Most important of all is taking good starting measurements! The worst thing in Penis Enlargement is when you don't know if you gained or not. Welcome and I wish you the best!

What I call zig zag training is to train changing of exercices (2 or 3)

example = day 1 lenght project day 2 = girth proj
The purpose is to "shock" our unit

But maybe It is not a good idea for a "beginner"..........

I am a firm believer in super-sets and the combination of various exercises to bring faster gains. It could also explain how much and how fast I gained the size I have.
