These sell on eBay at a very cheap price . The maker also has their own website selling these hangers as well as weights.
I would myself personally not use this type of hanger simply because of longevity. It will become completely unreliable when going up in weight which you will have to do to see any results. My advice would be to purchase a proper hanger like the malehanger or purchase a lenghmaster which you can hang with or perform manual stretches.
Only my opinion of course but I stand by it 100%.

Any hanger that ties with a shoe lace will be inferior to a professionally made compression hanger. My advice would to purchase a professional hanger that will last a lifetime and be able to withhold the amount of weight needed to gain. I hope you make the right choice bud. It's better to save a little longer and spend a little more money on a reliable hanger than buying twice.

The lenghmaster is a superb piece of equipment but which hanger a person uses is a personal choice. Stills malehanger is an excellent piece of equipment and shouldn't be knocked. I own the lenghmaster , which I love and have promoted in a big way. I also own a malehanger/ bib hanger copy that I purchased off eBay from Germany which is awesome! I have used the lenghmaster to hang and my malehanger/ bib hanger copy and I prefer the latter. Like I said, it's a personal preference.

Everyone is different but if you are going to hang seriously buy a professional hanger. Homemade devices can be very dangerous. I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying chap. At no point have I said the lenghmaster doesn't work as a hanger, I said it's a personal choice as to which one a person prefers to use as their hanger. The lenghmaster is an amazing piece of equipment and no one on this forum has done more with it than myself. If I didn't rate the lenghmaster highly I wouldn't of gone out of my way to film all the videos to help people how to use it correctly.
