Try to get a good container, that you enjoy drinking from, that you can have nearby you at all times. Preferably a big one. I don't drink ice cold water, that stresses my stomach.

Okey that's good. I'm somewhat addicted. I need it to feel normal. But some days like today when just trying to relax, I did not drink anything.

Mostly for staying awake. Also when I drink it I become more focused.

I always take a nap in the afternoon. I have so much free time therefore, I don't think I need the coffee.

This would be optimal for me as well. But as of now my work situation is really tiring. My plan is to get out of this work situation. I feel I have outgrown it. I have nothing in common with the people that works there (co-workers).
