I worked on girth exclusively for some time, made some gains but felt I was plateauing. Then I started researching whether I should do length and girth simultaneously and the general consensus was "duh, bro" and since I've started that, my girth is expanding rapidly and my flaccid hang looks awesome. I've never felt more manly!

What great news! I am so proud of you for sticking to it and getting to a place where gains will now come even faster. The Brotherhood is a blessing from God. Everyday I feel like we are helping more and more people feel better about themselves. I mean most of us came here with a lot of baggage, some justified some perceived but what is amazing is these issues fade by just becoming a Brother. The gains are the icing on the cake but changing the negative mind for positive one is priceless.
 
Mixing/Adding new exercises will have your cells try and adapt to something new so it'll obviously work to break your plateau. Good job.

Exactly! The body can become accustomed to any exercise at which point either intensity needs to increase or a new exercise/tool should be implemented. Also, super-sets should never be overlooked. Putting 2 exercises together are a very good strategy when a plateau occurs. Another thing that can help is a de-conditioning period of about a week and then jump back in.
 
Yeah buddy! I'm stayin steady on bundles, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and newbie stretches and it definitely seems to be working! New highest girth(based on feel, not measuring for a few months) and biggest flaccid hang ever. Hard to tell if I'm length gaining, but I understand that would be pretty standard for first month back in the game
 
It's quite amazing how the flaccid hang gets better. I've always been embarrassed of my flaccid size. I refused to take showers with women during that time. Now my flaccid is hanging lol. Where was I 10 years ago?? I could've been hard at work and be where DLD is now!! DAMMIT

Ha, a lot of men feel the same way. But, bless Jesus, you have accomplished something you never thought you could! Excellent work my Brother.

I'm currently working on length and girth simultaneously. Can you tell me how much girth gains you have made and how long it took you to make those gains?
