Ok, sorry if this already is an exercise but ive been doing this for a week now and it seems to be working.
*Advance warning* this may be to sensitive for people who have had their forskin removed.
Ok what you do is you jelq at about 80/90 % but you stop at the head keeping all the blood pushed in so your head looks huge. Then with 2 fingers and the thumb (like a crab claw kinda) you squeeze the head while keeping the other hand on the base and pull upwards and release and you keep doing it. (you should notice the head get even bigger while doing it).
Ive been doing 5 normal 3 second jelqs, then on the 5th one i lock all the blood in and do 15 small mini head jelqs. It totals in 100 jelqs and 300 mini jelqs.
Il try get pictures up for you and sorry if you don't understand what i mean. But ive deffinatly seen a huge improvement in the head size of my penis.
