Worst Girth Workout Ever

Had a pretty bad girth session yesterday. I work with JelquingRings for girth and last night no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get to my proper state of mind and erection state. My erection state also wasn't 100% and I felt kinda small doing my workout. I also had to cum during my workout because I had the urge the whole time. What do you guys think was the problem.
1. I was too exhausted from my workouts to get in the proper mindstate. I work with jelquing rings and they can be tiring for the penis.
2. Because I hadn't cum in so long that my body was trying to release.

I think it was a combo of both. Let me know. Should I take a break from girth for a couple days?

maybe you just had an off day our heads cant be in the game all the time, we all get bad workouts and that can sometimes knock your confidence round a lot . if you still not feeling it again tomorrow take it off and come back the day after with afresh mindset and get back on track is the best advice :) best wishes
 
It sounds like a combination of fatigue and obsessing. We all have off sessions and I think most of us have had an accidental orgasm during training, as said above, it happens. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and get back at it!
 
is not cumming bad? I haven't came in months I just edge ALOT after my PE sessions but never let myself get to the point of no return where I need to SQUEEZE to hold it back. I go right before that and stop because I read that it's bad to let it get to that point and hold it in.

I do this every day except once in a while I'll take a day off. my PE sessions are like 1 - 1 1/2 hour long and then I edge for like 10-20 min after.

Very bad! You should regularly be letting off an orgasm, at least once per weak. If you do not use it you could lose it.
 
The major reason is fatigue and a poor state of mind. You were doing PE under stress. When I'm stressed, I don't do PE at all.
