Worry about the important things

I see alot of posts from guys who are asking if some minute detail of their life will affect their Penis Enlargement gains. Posts like

  • "I recently cut red meat from my diet, will this affect my gains?"
  • "I wanked myself 3 times yesterday instead of the usual 2, will this affect my gains?"
  • "The Lakers lost last night, will this affect my gains?"

lol that's a bit of an exaggeration but you get the idea.
More than likely the lack of gains is coming from neglecting the important aspects of Penis Enlargement:

1. Staying consistent. Not missing workouts. Not cutting workouts short.
2. Always working at putting full effort and focus into your Penis Enlargement. Keeping the intensity high and concentrating on each stretch, jelq, squeeze etc. On top of that, visualizing through each workout. Even so, this is not to be confused with habitual anti-progress behavior. A generally unhealthy lifestyle will conspire against you, in several ways. Don't take Quijji's advice as an excuse to be unhealthy - a well balanced Penis Enlargementer is a well balanced person.

Hey quijjibo, you probably knew that your testosterone levels can drop dramatically if the sports team you're rooting for ends up losing the game? :D
(For those of you that haven't heard of this before: it's documented and true!)

So don't watch a big game if your favorite team happens to be the underdog, at least not if you're planning on making the most of your girthwork that day!

actually watching sports get u more competetive and that will help you through Penis Enlargement. Actully I'm bullshitting, I dunno if that makes a difference.

Your right, when I first started, I found myself jacking off most of the time, lol..

I'm starting to things more serious, and I'm very happy and excited about my gains, my dick is just looking 2 times more healthier, and I"m getting rock hard erections, and I'll even shoot to the friggin roof its crazy.

This is an exciting time for me, I can feel my length goal creeping just around the corner. I can almost see it when I'm working out..

I cant wait till I whip at the ruler at the end of the month!
