workout........

i just wanted to see how many guys on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] ....workout.....o a regular basis....
i workout 5 days a week ....i am not talking about dick workout but total body Conditioning
 
yea i work out a 6 on 1 off schedule. we actually have a whole forum dedicated to this sort of thing...the fitness and supplement section :)
