Is there any specifics to this? I warm up for a few minutes before I jump into my routine, I start with stretches, hanging 15-20 minutes, break massage, than pumping for 10-15 minutes, break massage, then maybe another pump session, and then break massage, then into clamping for 10-20 minutes. My whole routine is usually maybe an hour, and just that initial warm up session in the begging.
