why some people are racist?
What a question on a PE forum of all places. As 'race' is something that changes how we feel about ourselves and each other, even when it comes to penises, perhaps here is as valid a place as anywhere else to discuss this.
Having grown up with white and non-white family and lived across many countries I've got to see and feel this shit from many perspectives.
I'm no anthropologist but from what I've seen, prejudice about where someone is from or their 'race', arises from these ways that humans have evolved to be:
Tribal
Dominating
Competitive
Genetics research has demonstrated that all people on Earth today, all these different 'races', have one common ancestor, an ancestor which we all share. We are all distant cousins from one tribe.
So the ideas of separate races arising from different parts of the world at different times was false.
We now have to leave behind the stories about being different races, because it is incorrect.
We are all one race.

i think it is very simple actually.
humans are pack animals.
whatever pack you put them in, they will try and stick together.
easiest way of doing that is to have an enemy.
when my local football club plays with the neighboors. the fans all end up fighting eachother with bats and rocks etc. they hate eachother.
however if the national team plays vs someone else they can sit next to eachother with no problem.
now it is the other nation who are being dickheads.
and how easy is it to point at someone who even looks different and say they are: (insert bad slur about x nationality)

Everyone is racist to some degree, in a small way it is very normal. This is born out of a fear for what we do not understand. It also is made worse by those who take racism to the next level where it becomes hate more than a lack of understanding. I personally am very racist, I hate the entire human race

I think racism is a terrible thing,but it a way to preserve the genetic code IMO,we need an expert in genetics n ask them any question we have..

Thanks for your response bros) actually I am currently in a eastern European country for business purposes and I am facing terrible problems. I don't know why the locals hate me. They are friendly to all, even with the black people, but whenever I take a walk in the streets, I see people look at me and spit in the street and then again look at me) the black people, the indians and the arabs as well are not facing this kind of problems) why only me?

If you're american its because of usa's influence in middle east (im not gonna take the debate on that one)

ask them: "dude i seem to get a lot of heat around here. do i wear the wrong jacket or something?"
just find out what is triggering them?
i remember once dating this girl in another and smaller city.
we went out for some beers. and i were what i consider a decent and nice outfit.
leather shoes. DG jeans. and a shirt.
so i go for a piss and this bloke walks up to me like: "you're not from around here are ya?"
and i went: "well no. i live 100km from here" how the fuck can you see that?"
him: "it's totally gay to wear that outfit man!"
i couldn't stop laughing my normal outfit from my city was defining a gay in their city.
how the fuck was i supposed to know that?
