Which newbie routine should I choose?

Hello everyone!
I'm from Italy and I'm 23 years old.

A couple of explications if you're interested.
Actually it's not her that left me. It's me that decided to move on. She loved me, and I too, but I think she should find someone who's just more 'right' for her from a sexual point of view.
About my measures, I know that they are almost average throughout the world, but living in Italy they're a little poor. Here the average is about 15,5cm/6"x13cm/5" (my ex-g had only another boyfriend who was 7") and that's why I want to reach that lenght/girth without going further. Once in my life I would like to enjoy sexual life without anxiety.
