which first?

;)Hi!!My question is; does it matter if I jelq first and only after stretch? is there any difference between the order of the exercises??:( thanks alot!!rofl
 
It is god to do girth before length once in a while top become proficient with stretching while being expanded from the girth workout. Try to do this once per week. All other times it is best to do length first then girth after.
