Lazy Ass STretches just take some time to become accustomed to. Be sure you are completely flaccid and if you are in a solid, tight position it will feel very intense but this is why the exercise works. Be sure to reset your stretches every 15-20 minutes as this does restrict blood flow to a certain extent.

The LAS sitting on it btc is probably one of the most easy exercises to do, and I think it is one of the most effective exercises out there.
